Description
DB Only pub. Lots of screens, comfortable couches. Good beer, but the food is way too pricey! Eat somewhere else since there are lots of good places to eat in Mt Eden, including LittleIndia across the road, and a very good pizza place called Kalaloo about 50 meters up the road.
Normally a sports bar, but screens Desparate Housewives on the big screen Monday nights (8.30pm to 9.30pm). They have a poker night on Mondays, one of Auckland's better quiz nights on Tuesdays and Salsa dancing on Wednesdays.

The Kingslander is 35m from the Kingsland train station and 350m from Eden Park. The train is only 6 minutes from Newmarket or 11 minutes from the BritomartTransportCentre. Buses frequently travel down NewNorthRoad and SandringhamRoad.
