Comfortable booths. Free wireless internet. Having heard the food wasn't so great we stuck to the liquid refreshments. No beers on tap, but Verona does have a good selection of bottled beers and wines. [Don't believe what you might have read elsewhere though they don't have Pink Elephant - is that available anywhere? still in existence?]. I was drinking the somewhat pricey, but very enjoyable (and vegan GE free) Founder's Long Black... very nice.... [I think GE is an important field of research, but Long Black manages to be a nice beer without any splicing any yeast genes.] Most of the booths are only big enough for four people, but there are a couple down the back which might fit eight to ten. Looks like the fire escape is a great place to sit and enjoy the view of MeyersPark, but you probably have to be staff to get past the kitchen area to there (or at least a regular). Music a bit on the loud side for easy conversation, but not too bad. Nice bar staff. Leading to a later earnest conversation: which is a more desireable attribute: cleavage or cuteness? Definitely we will be back!
